Ruben Ramirez who I covered from 2022 to 2024 was arrested yesterday, again by the Fortuna Police Department, for VC 23152(a) DUI, VC 23152(b) driving with blood alcohol level above the legal limit and PC 1203.2(a) probation violation. He was released on O.R.
Unlike Miguel Moreno, his co-defendant from the 2022 case who is a repeat offender with his most recent arrest in 2025, Ramirez has only been arrested once.
