The lawsuit I wrote about earlier is on the agenda for the next Eureka City Council meeting

 

I did a post earlier today on the City of Eureka's lawsuit against Dick Henderson.

It is one of two existing lawsuits on the City of Eureka closed session agenda on 1/20/25. There is a third anticipated lawsuit listed. 

A resolution declaring Eureka as a sanctuary city for transgender people gender affirming healthcare is also on the agenda.
