On the agenda for closed session for the January 27, 2026 Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting are the Delman Smith and Jackie Klem lawsuits. I already reported on both these lawsuits with details and court documents before the agenda. I have been the only one to report on these two lawsuits against the County of Humboldt.
