On Tuesday, 12/30/25, both Dylan Olivas and Jazmyne Mariah Roe aka Jazmyne Mariah Carpenter had preliminary hearings scheduled for their December 17 arrests by HCSO for operating or maintaining a drug house to sell or use meth and fentanyl.
Olivas has another 2025 case which was trailing the drug case. Pre trial in that case was continued by the Court to 1/2/26; trial confirmation for 3/4/26 and jury trial for 3/9/26.

Roe was sentenced by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning to 1 year probation, jail time imposed for 25 days but she was given credit for time served.
