I covered the news since her arrest. On December 18, former judge Dugan was found guilty by a jury of the felony count of obstructing federal agents who were waiting outside her courtroom to arrest an undocumented immigrant. On May 13, a federal jury indicted suspended judge Dugan after testimony from her court clerk, a fellow judge and the former attorney of Eduardo Flores-Ruiz.
