On the day of Silverio Sanchez' jury trial, a last minute delay; Conflict Counsel out and Ken Bareilles appointed

On December 10, jury trial in criminal threat suspect Silverio Parro Snider Sanchez "remained set" as scheduled in his 2025 case. His 2024 PRCS case is trailing.

Yesterday, the day his jury trial was scheduled to begin, Conflict Counsel requested a continuance on both cases to today. The CAO's office was contacted to find a private attorney to take the case.

After an exparte hearing, Conflict Counsel's office was relieved due to a conflict and Mr. Ken Bareilles was appointed.

In the 2024, pre trial is scheduled on 12/19 and PRCS hearing on 12/22. In the 2025 case, trial setting is on 12/19 and jury trial on 12/22.

The jury trial date makes no sense because Mr. Bareilles just got the case.
