Judge orders grand jury documents related to Ghislaine Maxwell prosecution unsealed; DOJ investigating if prisoners' constitutional rights were violated in Colorado

Citing the Epstein Files Transparency Act, U.S.. District Judge Paul Engelmayer ordered that grand jury documents related to the prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell be unsealed.

Based on the deadline of the Act, the Justice Department needs to provide Epstein-related records to the public in a searchable format by Dec. 19.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon has opened an investigation into the Colorado prison system to determine if prisoners' constitutional rights have been violated.
