Eureka Natural Foods settles class action lawsuit filed by Connie Parks on behalf of herself and all current and former employees

I was waiting for Humboldt Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning to sign the order on the class action + PAGA settlement which was signed promptly on 12/6/25 but not filed by the clerk until this morning. There was a compliance review hearing yesterday in a lawsuit filed by 

Connie Parks vs Northwest Investment Co and Eureka Natural Foods on 4/6/23 on behalf of herself and all current and former employees. Park is represented by San Diego Zakay Law Group's Mr. Shani Zakay. 

Local attorney, Janssen Malloy's Ms. Meagan Yarnall represented Eureka Natural Foods. Janssen Malloy has previously represented ENF's Rick Littlefield in his DUI case.

I heard from a former employee that Littlefield sold or does not manage ENF anymore but that one of the managers owns/runs it now.
