Repeat offender Clayton Miller was arraigned yesterday. The DA filed a complaint yesterday charging him with 12 felonies, one misdemeanor and a special allegation. The Public Defender's office was appointed by Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Marilyn Miles who set bail at $580,000. A protective order was served in court on Miller. OR bail is on 12/17; preliminary hearing is 12/26. Deputy District Attorney Victoria Reierstad was in court for the People.
Miller is also known as Ryan A and Ryan N.

Public Defender's office declares conflict; Conflict Counsel's office appointed. Preliminary hearing rescheduled for 1/16/26.
1/16/26: Preliminary hearing continued to 2/6/26 by defense. Mr. Joe Judge is now representing Miller. Conflict counsel declared conflict on 1/12/26.
