Another repeat offender known to EPD arrested again; more failures of misdemeanor laws and prosecution in California

In 2017, Eureka Police Department's POP unit arrested Brittany Marie Johnson for possession of stolen property from the Betty Kwan Chinn Center.

Yesterday, EPD arrested Johnson again for PC 647 (f) public intoxication, HS 11350(a) possession of controlled substance without a valid prescription and PC 666.1 petty theft.

Johnson entered a plea in that 2017 case. I am not listing all her other court cases. Covering repeat offenders in California and for misdemeanor offenses is a waste of time.
