As of this morning, the Humboldt County DA had not charged Sparrow Albritton for her October arrest by Fortuna Police Department for statutory rape. She posted bond.

Yesterday, while out of custody, Albritton was arrested by CHP for VC 23152 (a) DUI, VC 23152 (b) blood alcohol level above legal limit and PC 273a (b) child endangerment. She was released on OR.
