Ken Johnson plans to sue California Department of Fish and Wildlife and I hope he wins

This post is my belated "Christmas gift" to City of Eureka's Brian Issa whose response to me years ago when I lived on 2nd and I and suffered a similar situation with racoons in Old Town was to tell me to chalk it up to living in a rural area.  I prevailed in court against the landlord.

Old Town is full of rats, racoons damaging residences, businesses and a health and safety issues to restaurants.

I know there are some in Humboldt who agree with Issa who are welcome to go adopt all the wildlife and have their homes damaged and go live in the wild. We are in the 21st century. Land will be developed whether you like it or not.

The bigger issue is the State of California and ridiculous regulations that affect people who lost their homes in the Palisade fire and other disasters due to California's ineptness and policies. I hope this guy wins against California Department Fish and Wildlife and gets money.

It is bad enough that California has stupid policies but activists working in government makes it worse. Go start a non profit and raise funds for your cause and beliefs because as a taxpayer, the government should represent all citizens and we should not have to pay activists who should do the job they are paid to and not impose their personal beliefs like Issa.
