With Zaragoza's history, he should have been remanded at sentencing; he did not show up for his commit to jail date

 

Henry Zaragoza had a commit to jail date yesterday in his 2024 case. He is not on jail log and I also checked with the jail.

Zaragoza was sentenced on 10/24/25 by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum. His other 2024 case was dismissed.

Instead of showing up for jail, Zaragoza who I already blocked once on Facebook, created another profile to comment. 

I notified Humboldt Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm the day of this posr, Public Defender Luke Brownfield and Probation. As of 12/16/25, Zaragoza has not been arrested and there is no warrant.
