Third trial for convicted molestor Steve Boudreaux and looked like another hung jury.

After seeing the notes from the jury and readback requested of Jane Doe's testimony, it looked like it was heading that way.

Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum has asked jurors to continue deliberations. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Boudreaux's attorney.

1:56 p.m. After I did the post this morning, there was a verdict. There is a court trial scheduled for 12/12 for PC 667.641  ( j) (2) special allegation.

From the charges tab, Guilty verdict Count 1, Count 2, Count 3, Count 4, Count 5 and Count 7.

2:08 p.m. Court minutes just added. Will update post with those after I check other cases.

Usually, further deliberations do not change the outcome.
