Another workplace violence restraining order filed by the County against a 60 year old Shelter Cove woman

The County of Humboldt requested and was granted such an order against Fortuna resident Aunna Bollman. This petition is against Shelter Cove's Kathleen Marcotulli.

The petition claims, "The respondent calls different offices at Humboldt County to complain. The complaining has now turned into specific criminal threats of violence."

The petition says Marcotulli can come to the Courthouse for regular business but must notify HCSO of the time and purpose. Ousted Judge Gregory Kreis granted the temporary restraining order. The petition has specific threats against the County employee at the Assesor's office. According to that employee, Marcotulli claimed to be the head of Islam and Queen of Iran in recent voicemails. There are some vulgar and specific violent threats listed in the petition. I don't know if criminal charges have been filed for the allegations in this petition but if they are, just like the Bollman cases; defense will probably try for mental health diversion.

In 2022, I did a post on Kathleen Ann Marcotulli who was arrested  by HCSO for resisting arrest and criminal threats. The age of this Kathleen Marcotulli fits with the one mentioned in the Humboldt county petition filed January 26, 2024.

County Counsel did not add her middle name in the 2024 petition. True People search lists a Kathleen A Marcotulli from Whitehorn.

On Linkedin, a Kathleen Marcotulli from Whitehorn claims to be the Queen of Iran. A Facebook profile for Kathleen Marcotulli with two middle names listed that are in google searches. The Facebook profile liked include failed candidate Adrian Kamada for DA's page. The google searches have two Los Angeles cases including a worplace violence case with the name Kathleen Marcotulli. Readers can look at the screenshots below, do their own research to see if this is the same woman in the 2024 Humboldt County petition for workplace violence restraining order petition.
