Temporary restraining order requested by Danco granted, Bollman also charged with criminal threats against Dan Johnson, she now has 11 open cases

Keeping up with Aunna Bollman's cases is getting ridiculous. She needs to be placed back in custody. Bollman now has a Eureka address in court records.

She has 11 open cases. This includes the two restraining orders already requested and granted by the County and City of Fortuna. The threats and violence documented in petition are vulgar, specific graphic with poop emojis on several attached documents. Bollman was evicted by Danco.

This morning, there was a hearing in one of her 9 cases to modify the protective order filed by Conflict Counsel. She is charged with assault and elder abuse in the case on calendar this morning. The motion was denied and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for 4/17.

While checking on that case, I saw a request for restraining order filed by Harland Law Firm and Bollman is to be arraigned on that case on 3/29. Commissioner Sarah Kaber already granted Danco's request for a temporary restraining order. There is also a criminal case filed for PC 422 criminal threats against Dan Johnson filed with arraignment and bond status on 4/17 when all her other cases are scheduled.

3/29: Spoke with Ms. Allison Jackson before the hearing. She checked with HCSO. They made three attempts and were unable to serve Bollman. Ms. Jackson is going to ask that the matter be continued and the temporary restraining order remain in effect. Commissioner Sarah Kaber acting as temporary judge granted Ms. Jackson's request. Hearing continued to continued to 4/24.

4/17: 8 cases for Aunna Bollman were on calendar today. Every case was continued until 6/13 by defense. I am not adding court minutes for every case. Conflict Counsel keeps saying they plan to file for mental health diversion for months now but nothing has happened. With 11 total cases, just dates being shuffled and continued with nothing significant happening is a waste of time so future updates will only contain pertinent information.

In her 9th case, Aunna Bollman has a 4/24 hearing on the DANCO workplace harassment order. TRO already granted in that case.

Two more cases are closed but they make 11 cases in total for Aunna Bollman. One case is a restraining order requested and granted by the City of Fortuna for three years. The other one is a restraining order requested by the County of Humboldt also granted for 3 years.
