Who remembers ex HCSO Deputy Jason Daniels and his 2016 case. A jury found him found not guilty on all counts in a case where he was arrested for alleged sexual assault. His Facebook profile lists him as retired. Last month, Judge Timothy Canning granted Daniel's petition for arbitration award against the County of Humboldt and Humboldt County Sherriff's office.
I was checking a lot of cases yesterday and it was very chaotic on the second floor yesterday so I will check on other pages of the order when I can.
