Stacie Nunes was charged Nunes with VC 23152 (a) DUI, VC23152 (b) DUI with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher and VC 16028 (a) no proof of insurance. Nunes is also charged with a special allegation that her BAC was 0.15 percent or more.
Today, her case was on for change of plea and she was also sentenced by Judge Lawrence Killoran. 5 days in jail with 4 days custody credit so she will probably be booked and released on 4/20, three years probation, 9 month DUI treatment program and court fines of $1,889. Nunes pleaded guilty to Count 1, admitted allegation. Counts 2 and 3 dismissed. Nunes commit to jail date is April 20. Nunes retained Mr. Ben Okin. Deputy District Attorney
4/20: Nunes booked into jail and released for time served.
