Dear FaceBook Friends and Soup Co Supporters:
With a heavy heart The Humboldt Soup Company will be closing at the end of this month with our last day of service to our community being Friday March 29th 10 years ago I followed my then dream to move to Humboldt from Redding with a passion to create a restaurant utilizing our amazing agricultural community to create accessible , delicious and healthful foods. As a professional chef my passion is not just to run a restaurant but to nourish bodies and souls.
While there are many factors that went into my decision, ultimately it is time for me to focus on my best life and happiness.
I’m VERY thankful for the support of our community and especially my staff past and present.
Most thanks goes to my partner Chef Mike.
From now through Friday March 29th rest assured that I and my trusty Soup Co. Crew will be cooking and serving to the highest of our abilities. So please continue to drive or dine in and share your final support.
Thank you all, truly from the deepest of my heart, for supporting me, my staff and The Humboldt Soup Company.
Sincerely,
Chef Christine
Owner/Executive Chef
