"O'Shaughnessy broke in to a local attorney's home, who used to work with us. He was armed, kicked down the door, trying to get his wife, drunk as a skunk, had to be subdued, screamed he was going to kill people, hit someone with a pipe And this is a misdemeanor trespass? Really."

Two days ago, I did this post on the arrest of Curb Appeal Construction Owner  Blaine David OShaughnessy. He was arrested on March 2 by Eureka Police Department in Cutten and booked for felony PC 273 a (a) child endangerment and misdemeanor PC 602 (o)(1) trespass to closed lands. OShaughnessy posted bond.

In the March 3 post, I have details about O'Shaughnessy's local conservative connections including his two failed marriages and local court cases. Coast Central Credit Union had to sue him to get $2,500 plus $100 in court costs.

I just got this text. Really?"

I was told OShaughnessy was drunk and drove  with his child in the car.

The local attorney whose home OShaughnessy allegedly broke into is Justin Buller.

OShaughnessy's arrest reminds me of James Leach, a case only I covered. Leach also broke into local attorney Allison Jackson's house with firearms in both hands as well as breaking into Allison Arkley Holland and Jeff Holland's house. Leach had been arrested 4 times in 5 months, had a gun violence restraining order against him filed by EPD and he got mental health diversion in the Jackson and Holland cases.
