33 year old Daniel George Epperson was arrested by HCSO yesterday on a Ramey warrant for PC 422.6 (a) hate crime, VC 24152 (a) DUI and PC 653m (b) harassing or annoying phone calls.
Daniel, George, Epperson has three prior DUI cases; one in 2023; one in 2016 and one in 2014. In 2015, he was arrested by Arcata Police Department for PC 245 (a)(1) PC, assault with a deadly weapon and PC 22210, possession of a Billy Club. That case was eventually dismissed after his deferred entry of judgement was successful. He had a restraining order granted against him in 2014.
