In the latest episode of "As the Humboldt Superior Court Turns," there an ex parte hearing scheduled yesterday in former court mediator Velda Gooden's request for restraining order against local attorney Eddie Schrock.
Will the hearing scheduled on that request for June 23 proceed? Schrock says Humboldt Superior Court CEO Meara Hattan's appearance would be unneccessary if Gooden would dismiss her lawsuit and stipulate that he had nothing to do with her firing.
The filings posted below are more drama. It would be worth it if any information the public needs to know would be revealed but I have my doubts.
