Michael Acosta calls out Rex Bohn and his connections to Matt Tomlin, McBeths, St. Bernards in a damning motion to disqualify Humboldt DA

On June 14, I reported that Michael Acosta sent an email to Humboldt Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris, California State Attorney Rob Bonta and California Department of Justice Public Inquiry Unit.

"Attached hereto is my Motion to Disqualify the Humboldt County District Attorney's Office in Humboldt County Superior Court case #CR2001060A for the institutional and personal conflicts of interest between itself, its agent former Special Agent Matt Tomlin, and First District Supervisor Rex Bohn."

I also reported that Mr. Harris did not file the response regarding a bag he was ordered to by U.S. Justice Stuart Pollak. An order for DNA expert requested by Acosta was granted by Associate Justice Stuart Pollak.

Humboldt Superior did not add the motion to disqualify on 6/9 but several days later although that is not accurately reflected in e court. You can read the entire motion and the order.

After I sent an email on 6/12 to Humboldt Court Operations Manager Kelly Nyberg, court minutes from 6/7 were finally added to Acosta's case. I already covered that hearing in detail.

There are more documents filed by Acosta which include exhibits, a subpoena for his co-defendant Sarah Carroll's records and he will be filing an amended motion.

Acosta has filed this motion. That is his motion. There are two, three, four sides to this story. You can read Acosta's motion then search my reporting on the court cases for the other defendants and Matt Tomlin on this blog. You can also verify many statements yourself in Acosta's motion because they are public record.

Let's see how the people named respond. The DA does not exclude but the rest of the people need to respond in a court filing or written statement given to all media, including me. Not put a spin in the local media who does their bidding and is owned and controlled by their buddies and sycophants.

I have been the only one to cover all the people who were arrested by HCDTF and their cases. I am the only one who has covered Townhouse Motel, the money spent on reimbursing certain hotel motel owners and I was the only one who did not regurgitate the County spin on Karen Paz Dominguez. Who is the one common name that comes up in all of this, let your fingers do the walking.

I am the only one who has covered allegations and resignation of Matt Tomlin. As for Rex Bohn, Rob McBeth and the good ole boys, there are way too many posts. If you read my blog, you know the rest of the media has been silent and ignored many cases, done selective news coverage on the Humboldt cabal and the Humboldt connected.

After I wrote about Tomlin and the Pitchess motion, it seems Thado from NCJ wants to do something. Why now Thad? You and others have been missing in action for years while I have borne the brunt and wrath for doing my job.
