Riley Kai ClarkWalkner was arrested on an arrest warrant by CalPoly HSU PD yesterday. Charges include PC 422 criminal threats, PC 602.5 aggravated trespass, PC 1203.2(a)(2) probation violation, PC 487(d)(2) grand theft of a firearm and two counts of PC 245(a)(1) assault. He has four cases in the e court system with a dismissal in one case.
ClarkWalkner was arraigned on 6/23. PD appointed. Pre-trial for his violation of probation case on 7/5.
7/5: Continued to 8/9 by Deputy Public Defender David Nims because he has been unable to meet with Clarkwalkner due to issue in jail.
8/9: Preliminary waived in 2023 case. Clarkwalkner held to answer on charges. Arraignment on 8/23.
8/23: VOP intervention on 10/4; VOP hearing on 10/16. Arraigned on four felony counts in 2023 case. Public Defender appointed. Trial confirmation on 10/4; jury trial on 10/16.
10/4: VOP intervention on 10/13; VOP hearing on 10/16. Trial assignment on 10/13; jury trial on 10/16 in second case.
