Bruce Smith, a current shareholder and former employee is suing Premier Financial Group for alleged discrepancies regarding payouts. Smith is represented by Ms. Cyndy Day-Wilson. Premier Financial by Mr. Richard Smith.
On 6/9, there was a hearing scheduled for Motion for judgement on writ of mandate to compel inspection and copying of books, records and documents requested by Premier Financial Group. PFG denies all allegations. The hearing was continued to 7/21/23.
Smith has filed an application to file documents under seal as Ms. Wilson's declaration contains exhibits of confidential settlement negotiations.

7/21: Access denied and 7/21 date & information no longer appears in e court so I cannot report on the 7/21 hearing.
There was an opposition and declaration filed by Premier.
