Humboldt Supervisors, Judge's ex wife, self help attorney and more on deposition list in lawsuit against Humboldt Judge and Public Defender's office

Case management statements were recently filed by all parties in former Humboldt County Public Defender Rory Kalin lawsuit against Humboldt Presiding Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis, current Public Defender Luke Brownfield and former Public Defender Marek Reavis.

The most interesting part of the case management statement are the names in the anticipated depositions by Kalin. I can tell you these are not the only names in depositions or anticipated depositions. In the list in this post, there are public defenders, deputy district attorneys, former and current Board of Supervisors and two names you should pay attention to, Brenda Elvine-Kreis who is Gregory Kreis' ex wife and Tanya Ellis who is the Humboldt self help attorney. For some, the names on list maybe a surprise; for others including those who read my blog regularly, for those who have followed this case on my blog and those in the Humboldt legal circles, are you surprised? You shouldn't be. 

There is also a motion to compel filed by Kreis for an independent medical examination of Kalin. It is a 15 page motion. There is also a declaration from Kreis' attorney, Mr. Patrik Griego with several exhibits with a lot of medical information. I will add the motion and declaration in a seperate post.
