Restraining order granted against man who called Supervisor "Bootleg Bushnell", sent her over 60 texts in 24 hours and alleged "County hiding corrupt people"

On 6/2/23,Judge Timothy Canning granted a workplace harassment restraining order protecting Fifth District Supervisor Michelle Bushnell from Robert T. Rodriguez. There was already a TRO in place.

The petition had an attachment where it states Rodriguez left voicemails calling her "Bootleg Bushnell", sent her 60-70 text messages in 24 hours including the middle of the night and made other allegations about the "County hiding corrupt people."

Court documents include emails sent to Supervisor Bushnell and exhibits from the original petition. The copies are the size scanned in the computer.

Besides this restraining order, Robert T. Rodriguez has a 2021 traffic case in which he was acquitted.
