Crystal Jane Sanchez was arrested yesterday by Arcata Police Department for PC 273.5 (a) domestic violence. She posted bond.
With the injuries to her face, let's see what the investigation uncovers and if any charges are filed.
Since the post was published, it has has been updated with a response from Mad River Hospital Human Resources. Sanchez is not currently employed with MRH and hasn't been for a while.

I then checked Google and Facebook and then sent the reader a follow up email asking if it was Mad River Hospital. I did not mention the Facebook profile in my question to the reader.
The reader responded.
yes, mad river hospital. she has a facebook under the name crystal redhat.
Carmen Rose from MRH Human Redources told me, "This is in regards to an arrest that was made, Crystal Sanchez. It states that Crystal is a Mad River Hospital employee. She is NOT currently employed with Mad River, and has not been for some time."
