Defense wants to modify or terminate attempted murder suspect's protective order

 


Arraignment on information for attempted murder suspect Daniel Fernandez Ralls was already scheduled for March 2. Defense motion to modify/terminate protective order scheduled for 2/27 was continued to 3/2. 

Deputy Public Defender's Ben McLaughlin said Ralls was not notified of the February 27 date. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was present for the People.

3/2: DA motion to amend complaint was granted Count 3 added. Defense motion to modify CLETS withdrawn without prejudice by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin. Trial confirmation scheduled for 7/5/23; jury trial on 7/17/23.
