On 2/23 Delmar-James Key started his preliminary hearing before lunch. After lunch, the case resolved with a review hearing scheduled on 4/21/23 and a modification of the protective order.
Within hours, charges of domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment to a review hearing and modification of protective order.
