On March 6, 2023 there was a hearing in an ongoing dispute between Kyla Tripodi Nored vs Andrew Barnett and Nazanin Namazi. There is another case management conference on 6/9/23.
Namazi contacted me in 2021. I did not post her allegations at that time. The screenshots are from that 2021 contact. Now there is this court filing with the allegations of mold and it also mentions the defamation lawsuit..
I did follow this case in Humboldt Superior Court and the federal case mentioned. I am not posting almost a year and half of court records and documents.
I have had at least one other person besides Namazi and Barnett contact me about Kyla Tripodi Nored. I did not respond to that person because I have no idea who this person is and they did not contact me with a news tip.
What Andrew Barnett and Nazanin Namazi are going through many have in Humboldt. So far, the rulings in Humboldt have been in favor of Kyla Tripodi Nored. Will getting a lawyer instead of being pro se make a difference for Barnett and Namazi?
Not necessarily. Humboldt Superior Court has judges who are biased, dismissive, don't declare conflicts of interest, care about evidence. What recourse do Humboldt parties have? If you have the money, years to waste, you could appeal. Humboldt connected and cabal have their claws in the local justice system. Humboldt needs at least two, independent alternate judges who don't care if one of the parties is from the good ole Humboldt boy network , any city or the County.
I don't know if the allegations and claims by Namazi and Barnett will hold up in court. What I do know is that Kyla Tripodi Nored can be petty, vindictive and retaliatory.
Kyla Tripodi Nored has already retaliated against me for simply reporting on a court case. I documented that in a previous post. Will there be more retaliation against me from Nored and her cronies for reporting on this court case and relevant news to the community?
Someone who I have known for a decade, who had given me glowing reccomendations, was very happy with my promotion, called me right after a specific and previous post which did not even mention Kyla Tripodi Nored but listed her father among other names in a case. That post was well known names in Humboldt and dispute about contracts, illegal property and unfair business practices.
I have written about this previously. This person said, "I am getting a lot of pressure", specifically asked me to take down a post and told me Kyla Tripodi Nored had called him.
This person did not even compensate me for the ad that time. This person who I thought was a friend, who I stood up for many times and someone I helped out was a sellout cretin who was abusive to me and hung up on me when I refused to take the Tripodi post down, told me to take the ad out. Then this person went on a vendetta against me because I chose to ignore, cut off comunications with a racist, abusive, backstabbing liar. I experienced financial loss, not just from that one ad but a domino effect from Kyla Tripodi Nored's initial call. The Kyla Tripodi Nored example is just one of the example of retaliation.
The good ole boys in this town which include many lawyers, politicians, developers, realtors, insurance companies, property management companies and others protect and enable each other.
I have absolutely no faith in the Humboldt Superior Court system anymore or the California court system or the criminal justice system because money talks and accountability is rare. The institution where people go seeking justice has become a part of the entrenched system it is supposed to hold accountable.
In Humboldt, I have reported on various cases involving developers, contractors, property management companies, people involved in the legal field.
While cases settle, most of the rulings in Humboldt go the way of the good ole boys and the Humboldt cabal. Providing information to the public has made a difference and in some cases, justice.
The rest of the local media enables by ignoring relevant news.
David vs Goliath is an apt description. Faith vs evil, immoral. The darkness in Humboldt includes the fake Christian, Catholic cabal who are the worst abusers, money worshippers and have no shame.
