Cher-ae Heights robber faced a maximum of 15 years in prison, got sentenced to 3

Aubrey Ross who was convicted of robbing Cher-ae Heights robber was sentenced to three years in prison. His original exposure was 15 years in prison but that was before the verdict.  For the robbery charge, he faced 5 years in prison. I covered the trial and verdict. 

Ross has 105 custody credits. Judge Joyce Hinrichs ordered restitution for $181, 940 is to be paid to Cher-ae Heights Casino every month. The amount per month will be determined by the CDC.

Ross was found guilty of PC 211 but not guilty on the special allegation of using a gun during the commission of the crime. 

Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Ross' attorney.  Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor.
