Remember the 9 year old boy who was found unresponsive in the Ingomar Club pool in 2021? Humboldt Bay Fire, Eureka Police Department and HCSO Chaplain responded to the medical emergency. The boy was pronounced dead at the hospital.
There have been crickets about the investigation and no followup information released and it has been almost two years.Most of the media ran the initial headline and as usual backed off because CWS and Ingomar Club are involved.
A reader inquired about this, I did some initial research and this revocation action is the latest update.
There was a civil complaint filed on 7/19/22. I will be doing a separate post on that with court documents on Monday. There are several defendants in that lawsuit including Ingomar Club. A partial dismissal pertaining only to Cunha was granted on 3/3/23.
I provided exclusive details in 2021 and once again, the only follow up on this blog.
