Smash and grab suspect, high risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn decided to accept the People's offer and resolve his latest case on 2/23. That is the same day his preliminary hearing was scheduled to start.
Sentencing is on 3/15. This is a conditional plea with a stipulated term for 2 years.
3/15: Sentenced to stipulated term of 2 years; 105 days of custody credits. Flinn to be held on no bail status in humboldt jail until PPR report on 3/30.
