County being sued for wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination and harassment based on sex, gender identity, race, national origin and religion by Yurok Tribe court coordinator

 

Last Friday, I reported that Yurok Tribe's Wellness Court Coordinator Pepper Lopez is suing Humboldt County for wrongful termination.

Listed below are the court filings and allegations of retaliation as well as discrimination and harassment based on sex, gender identity, race, national origin and religion.

Ms. Lopez is representing herself. She has filed a proof of service. There is a case management conference scheduled on Friday. This is the first court hearing.
