Convicted sex offender Shawn Sterling Porter was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest and PC 290.018(b) failure to register as a sex offender . Once again, he was released on O.R.
I did a post on Porter in October 2022 when he was arrested by PC 290.012(a) failure to register as a sex offender and PC 69 resisting an executive officer. He was released on O.R.
In May 2022, he was arrested by HCSO for failure to register and released on O.R. O.R. Porter also has a 2021 case for failure to register as a sex offender and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
3/30: Within 24 hours of being released, Porter was arrested by HCSO for PC 290.018(a) failure to register as a sex offender.
