Rapist Patrick Michael Marshall was arrested yesterday by Fortuna Police Department on a bench warrant for parole violation. I reported on his arrest in December 2022.
Marshall resolved his alleged molestation case with a plea for statutory rape.
4/20/23: Count 7 dismissed. DEJ successfully completed. VOP revocation hearing on 4/25 vacated.
