Yelp could have chosen to invest into scholarships and funding for individuals,businesses and communities of color. Yelp could have chosen to help businesses owned by people of color with promotion. This does nothing to address racism and creates further division. It allows any disgruntled customer to make allegations. Yelp is doing this to appear woke and it is an empty gesture.
