Murder suspect Mark Nelson is on a no bail/ no bond status. He is on the must go list for today.

As of 2:08, the case is pending and no case has been filed. As of 2:20, no case filed. As of 2:45, case is still pending. Same at 3:04.

I have been checking with the jail, the DA, the clerks. No access to the second floor court system makes it harder.

Late arraignments need to be filed by 2 p.m. For an exception, court administration needs to approve.
