Preliminary hearing and motion for bail in his most recent case was scheduled for Kevin Haberman this morning. The preliminary hearing was continued to July 27. The motion to bail was not addressed today on the record.
Haberman's attorney is Ms. Christina Allbright. She requested a continuance. "There is an offer I need to convey to Mr. Haberman. There is also ongoing discovery."
Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for the case. He did not object to the continuance. People have two witnesses. Time estimate is an hour and a half.
Judge Kaleb Cockrum granted the defense motion.
