Another hearing on Wayne Graham's sentencing continued, another jail cell wasted on a defendant who has 37 cases in the system

Motion for a new trial and sentencing for Wayne Graham was scheduled this morning. It was continued by Judge Lawrence Killoran to June 12.

"The Court has reviewed the pleadings. There are a few things I want to chase down. " Judge Killoran said on June 12, either there will be a "setting of an evidentiary hearing" or sentencing.

Mr. Russ Clanton is Graham's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for this case. He is leaving the Humboldt District Attorney's Office this week to take a new job in Mammoth Lakes.
