Setting of an evidentiary hearing for competency and to hear a motion for a new trial was scheduled for Wayne Graham this morning.
Once again, his attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton had to silence him. "Mr. Graham, I asked you not to talk."
After wasting the court time on several hearings, defense withdrew their request for evidentiary hearing and submitted on Dr. Wilson's report. Criminal proceedings have been reinstated.
Motion on a new trial is scheduled for June 9.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared on behalf of Deputy DA Tobias Hasler.
