Setting of Andrew Cunningham's sentencing date and a receipt of Dr. Andrew Renouf's PC 288.1 report was continued to April 4.
Sentencing has been scheduled on May 22. One of the Jane Doe's will not be back in Humboldt until the second week of May. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer and Michael Robinson hope to finish the stipulation regarding return of some of Cunningham's property soon and Dr. Renouf should have his evaluation and PC 288.1 report ready by that date.
