The case of perpetual continuance has dates rescheduled again

Aaron Hooven allegedly fired shots from his vehicle, then had Eureka Police chase him through town until he was arrested in a parking lot. He posted bail and since then his preliminary hearing keeps getting continued by defense.

Intervention was scheduled for Hooven on 4/25. Preliminary hearing scheduled for May 2 was vacated. Intervention rescheduled for June 20; preliminary hearing June 25.

Hooven is represented by Conflict Counsel.
