Incompetence or abuse of power? Read the petition filed by Travis Schneider against Brian Gerving and the City of Eureka

"A (writ of) mandamus is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion. "

Travis Schneider requests a court order  to get Brian Gerving and the City of Eureka to fulfill their ministerial duties  and monetary compensation.

I have emailed the City Attorney, City Manager Greg Sparks and Brian Gerving. Mr. Sparks is out of the office until April 26. His email directs you to contact Mr. Gerving who is out of the office until April 30.
