Patricio Segura was arraigned on information on April 17. In addition to the seven felony counts he was held to answer after the preliminary hearing, a special allegation was added from Count 7; violent sex offenses.
Charges include forcible oral copulation and forcible rape. Alleged victim is his stepdaughter.
Pre trial is May 14. Trial confirmation is July 9. Jury trial is August 12. Time estimate is 3 weeks.
