Dustin Pool and Dolores Gallegos booked for stolen property and drug charges
On Wednesday April 10th Fortuna Police Detectives recovered several thousand dollars’ worth of stolen property along with a stolen motorcycle while conducting a warrant search at a residence on the 1900 block of Brandi Lane in Fortuna.
The recovered property was later confirmed as having been stolen during a recent burglary at the Cal Trans yard located in Rio Dell.
Detectives also located a small amount of methamphetamine, scales, and packaging material.
As a result of this investigation detectives arrested, Dustin Pool, 36, of Fortuna and Dolores Gallegos, 23, of Eureka.
Pool was arrested and transported to Humboldt County Jail for possession of a controlled substance for sale, maintaining a drug house, and felony possession of stolen property.
Gallegos was also transported and booked into Humboldt County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, and for violation of her probation.
