Ewa Misztal's status of inpatient/outpatient program was continued to 4/18 for Judge Christopher Wilson to make a ruling.
Judge Wilson said he was bound by Judge Dale Reinholtsen's order. There was a finding that Misztal has not fully recovered from schizophernia and her bipolar disorder. He grappled with a Court order to CONREP. He said CONREP has a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of the community.
The prosecutor on the case is Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer. Misztal's attorney is Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo.
