Multiple arrests, violations of probation, finally Markis Shirley gets prison time

After multiple arrests and violations of probations, Markis Shirley is finally doing some prison time. In one of his 2018 cases, Shirley entered a plea to a stipulated term of 16 months, which is doubled due to a prior,according to court minutes.



Update 5/1: However, there were some questions about the court minutes and that plea and his sentencing was continued to 5/3.
