If convicted, Michael Avenatti could be sentenced to 335 years in prison



 Michael Avenatti, who is already charged with federal financial crimes, was indicted today on 36 counts of embezzlement and fraud by a California federal grand jury.

If Avenatti is found guilty of all charges in this new indictment, he could be sentenced to a maximum of 335 years in prison.
